Recently, in order to further implement the innovation-driven development strategy, further strengthen the dominant position of technological innovation of enterprises, and encourage and guide enterprises to continuously improve their ability of independent innovation, according to the "Qingdao Enterprise Technology Center Identification and Management measures (revised in 2019)" (Qingfa Reform Regulation (2019) No. 3), after expert review and website publicity, a number of enterprise technology centers are identified as Qingdao enterprise technology centers.
